The staff was unknowledgable about packages offered. My husband and I received different information after talking to different employees. We were told we would be receiving a 3D ultrasound and then we did not get one. We couldn't understand why anyone would use the company to pay for anything but a 3D ultrasound since you get a regular ultrasound at every doctor's appointment anyway. We asked for a refund and will not be returning.
