When I was in the store, the clerk was nice, however I had called ahead for directions because I wasn't familiar with the area, and she wasn't helpful (or very nice) at all. She just kept saying what corner it was on, when I kept asking if there were other major cross-streets to watch for as I wasn't familiar with the area or the street she kept saying. She finally asked someone else but couldn't relate it to me so she finally ut him on the phone and he gave me very simple directions (i.e. the 2 major streets I'd pass before reaching their intersection). Not a big deal, but it didn't make me really want to go there. But like I said, once I got there she was helpful and pleasant, and the store was clean.
