They were very helpful to me and my dog. My dog was very scared and nervous when I took him in to stay and they were very comforting to us both.

I did not really have the experience of dropping my pet off due to the fact that I did not realize that it closed at 5 on Friday. When I went to pick up my pet first they were bringing me someone elses pet and then they did not return any of my pets left over food if any.

The staff at the NRH location we're super friendly and made sure that I was comfortable leaving my 5 dogs there for 13 days, the longest we had ever left them. Drop off and pick up was super easy too.

Friendly staff, good prices for boarding, my dog smelled good after his bath they gave him. A little more secluded kennels would be nice. My dogs voice was gone from barking so much in his 4 night stay :-/

Great place - my dog has opened up more socially after coming here. She's skiddish but has her favorite dog friends and even FAV employes there. She loves Amy! ;)
