Love the service

The appointment and experience was fine, I would have ranked it higher but I was not informed they moved and went to the old location and then drove to the new one, as well the attendant told me I was late so their seemed to be some confusion but hopefully limited to the location moved which would be completed now.

nice waxing the lady who did it was very nice but there is an extra $10 tax that needs to be paid once in salon and there in no scrubing with glove you just get a little 50ml box of scrub as a guift but waxing lady was so friendly and nice and hardworking

The body waxing was ok, but I added on mani/pedi which was awful.

I tried to give this business many chances. The appointments were never on time, they canceled one of my appointments without telling me and another, the place was closed and the owner said it was due to a hydro issue. The only compensation offered was a 10 minute facial.

The regular person who waxes wasn't available. The temp person took off a great deal of my skin and I may be perm. scarred. The time before this was great, but booking was terrible and my booking wasn't there when I arrived.

I got really bad skin infections from ingrown hairs from the services I received there. And waxed in places I said I didn't want to be waxed. I've waxed hundreds of times and never experienced such infections. Really negatively impacted my life.
