Call to make sure they have your order ready. I was told I could pick mine up at 12noon...when I arrived, they had not even started decorating the cookie cakes yet! I was picking them up on my way to work, too, so had to wait for them and almost made me late for work!

Definitely call ahead to order as they won't have the cookie ready in time otherwise. It was fantastic! Also might be helpful to have a drawing you can show them of what you want-they did great with what I told them over the phone, but it took a bit to get it all sorted out.
