I had a great experience there last week and have made future appointments.

The Federal Way branch is a No-No! Terrible service unlike the Kirkland branch, staff Mariah is super awesome. I did the body wrap and she explained to me what to expect. She even offered to dim the lights for a real spa-like experience. The FedWay staff doesnt know what she's doing and I have to call out almost yelling to call their attention because they dont have a call button in the room. I'd rather go to Kirkland branch, best experience I had.
