About Infusion Brewing Company

Like A Christmas Carol but with higher ABV, elements of the past, present, and future blend together to form Infusion Brewing Company.

The Past

The brewery, which resides in Omaha's historic Benson neighborhood, was originally built in 1917 and was home to Olson’s Meat Market for more than 60 years. Infusion embraced this history by only slightly altering the space and restoring its historic finishes, including the wood floors, decorative wall tiles, ornamental tin ceiling, and exposed masonry. The brewing operation housed there has also been recycled—its seven-barrel system was rescued from a former downtown brewpub.

The Present

The brewery rotates through 12 or more beers in its taproom. Its flagship brews, such as Radial IPA and Vanilla Bean Blonde, are available year-round. Seasonal and limited-edition beers, such as its Blood Orange Imperial IPA and Coconut Coffee Russian Imperial Stout, change weekly.

The Future

When Bill Baburek, owner of the Crescent Moon bar, opened Infusion Brewing Company, he did so with the goal of making Omaha a craft-beer destination, not just presently, but in the near future, too. That's why Infusion is always looking for new ideas and ingredients. The microbrewery's work with homebrewers is a prime example. Infusion provides experiences for aspiring and experienced homebrewers, guiding them through making their own beer or handing over the reins so they can let their creativity flow.
