I didn't have to wait long after arriving for my appointment. The hygienist was very careful while cleaning my teeth and apologized if she thought she hurt me in any way. The doctor was very down to earth and gave a good explanation of what work I needed done.

Stephanie is the nicest hygienist I have ever been treated by. She obviously has a passion for dental care and gave me some excellent pointers to help improve my oral health. Dr Lippold was very pleasant also, but fortunately I did not see him for long beyond the exam. This is because I did not have any teeth that needed further treatment. Overall, the experience was as good as going to the dentist could possibly be. Thanks to Dr Lippold and his staff!
