I had hopes of receiving medical support based on the name Physicians weight loss. The doctor only saw me to confirm that I was healthy. I could have had that done at the military hospital for free. The people who were helping me didn't seem to have any actual medical training. I don't feel that measuring and weighing someone with all their clothes on is a very accurate reading. Clothes weight different amounts and I don't wear the same outfit to work every week so it's not very feasible for me to wear the same thing to every weigh in. Also, a hospital gown or something to do the measuring in would have been great. I don't need to know what my waist is with my belt loops and button included, I would like to know what just my waist is. Again, different pants are going to have different measurements. What you are telling me I have lost is not comparing apples to apples. I have a scale at home that measures body fat and hydration and I can find snacks with the same nutrition value for less than half of what I pay for them there.
