great service and beautiful nails

Tara did a great job of making me feel welcome during my first visit, friendly and efficient. She also spoke highly of the salon which is nice to hear, as some places I have been, staff speaks unkind about their salon...needless to say I don't return to those places.

The area did not appear to be very clean, nail bottles, etc. Just not real professional.

Called during business hours to schedule and call went to answering machine, left a message that was never returned, rude greeting when actually in the salon, paid for "spa deluxe manicure" but no parafin dip or hand massage, already have a chip in the polish after 3 days

Clean your work area.

Needs to be more personal. Calling people on the phone while you do my nails isn't very professional.
