They are always so helpful, you can tell them what you need the product to do, and they will direct you to it. Also products are not tested on animals.

Their enzymatic cleanser is s must for those of us with pets or kids- works just as well as the national brands, but costs much less!!!!

They were very helpful. I had broken the handle on my mop bucket. The sales clerk went to the back and found a handle from a broken bucket. It is not perfect but it works! Kudos!

Owners/staff were very helpful and honest about what would work in our situation. They could have convinced me to buy more expensive product but instead told me smaller, less expensive product was better fit for us.
