The stafff was friendly, made sure all was going ok and helped me lift my dog up when she wouldn't go up the stairs

Purchased 2 dog washes (self). I have taken my dogs to other places that offered this service and felt got a lot more personal treatment and better service. In this case, we were basically shown where to go and the bottle of very watered down dog shampoo. Trips to competitors included a sprtiz, some interest in my pets, being shown where the dryer was, etc.
