Did a great job and got me scheduled for an appointment quickly. However, i did have to wait 90 minutes later than I was told for them to complete the job. But it looked and smelled great!

I have a 13 year old car that I bought new, it has white leather interior which was filthy due in part to being a convertible. They told me the car would be ready in about 2 hours. It took about 4 1/2. I am not complaining because the lady that took care of my car talked to me and said she was having trouble getting it clean but that with a few extra hours she would make it look good. She did and it looks like new on the inside. I really appreciate the job she did, I think her name was Nancy.

I was told the appointment would be 3 1/2 hours so I scheduled a ride to pick up my vehicle accordingly; however, the car was not done so I had to modify my arrangments. But, even though the pickup time was not communicated well, they did an outstanding job with the detail!

Z.I.P.'s did a WONDERFUL job detailing my SUV! They went above and beyond to clean a wax stain (from an automatic car wash) on my moulding. The interior looks, feels and smells brand new. I drove away smiling. Thank you!

They did a great job detailing my car. I also had them fix a paint scrape on one of my side mirrors and it looks just like new. I would definitely recommend Z.I.P.'s to a friend!

Maybe that they could be a little more accurate on the time it would take to finish, but did a great job.
