When I got there to pick up my vehicle, they had it up front, ready for me. All I had to do was get the key.

as advertised they are off site ( which means give yourself a little extra time on your departure date )
However they were friendly and efficient !!!

Like their competitors they are not a 24 hour service. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and we barely made it on time before they closed. Person answering the phone to pick us just before they closed was clearly not happy. Will not be using them again. Will pay more next time & use someone else.

I would never go back.. Horrible service . Wally park is the way to go.
