The quality of the finishing of the nails was so poor, it was removed as soon as we got home.

They didn't seem as welcoming and friendly as spas often are. If I'm treating myself to a manicure and pedicure, I expect a friendly welcome and a relaxing friendly experience. I also found the spa room very small.

Every part of my experience was terrible, right from my initial call to set up the appointment, to the lack of customer service and the very poor quality of massage and pedicure, by the apparent assistant manager
