I purchased the 1 hour Organics facial. Hair Expectations has been at this location for 3 years and it's much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It's more than just a salon and spa - there's a store full of merchandise - I was able to browse for a few minutes prior to my appointment and there's everything from candles, bathroom goodies, jewellery and chocolate. My esthetician was Nathalie and she was amazing! A nice shoulder and neck massage was part of the package. I loved the products used and even ended up buying one before I left. Will definitely be back!

I had a facial and it was great, the lady was lovely, and I enjoyed it so much I booked a perm for the next day. Very happy client.
