I'm going to give it a second try, since they may just have been short-staffed, resulting in the relatively long order-to-eating time.
Pure Health Lounge, if you're reading this, please move your "Specials" board from the pickup area (where people will only see it after they've picked up their food) to the wall behind the cash facing the customers. Unless you don't really want people to order the special.

The service was good but too slow for a fast food place. I had to wait about half an hour to get my food and there were only a few people in line.

Should make sure that they don't run out of food items. Night I went, there were too many substitutions since they were out of some items. Would be good to serve other variety of side dishes (soups - saw pita chips in bag but maybe make some fresh pita chips with 2-3 different flavors). Friendly young man served us. Nice light atmosphere.
