Went there twice. The first time was perfect--courteous, friendly service, and all items were packaged nicely in boxes. The second time almost the exact same order--it was okay, the young lady was courteous enough, but only some items were put in a box, while the cookies (4 varieties) were placed (or rather piled on top of each other) in a paper bag. When we got home, they were quite crushed and broken into pieces. I suppose I should have insisted on a box for all items, but I wasn't paying too much attention as to what was happening behind the counter as my daughter and I were making our selections. Thank you.

The place is very clean, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, and the pastries are amazing.

Some of the biscotti were inedible - we had to throw them out. Some of the pastires were tasteless.
