I wanted to give a 4.5 star because the time they give you is specific and yet when they come late the time is flexible. So they are considering morning or afternoon appointments instead of specific times. The work was very well done and quickly yet efficiently. I will be using them in the Spring again in the knowledge that the times are flexible.

Give a B+ rating. Not all spots on windows cleaned and a few steaks left. Don't forget they will also charge HST on site.

Personable organization and people, great job, clean windows finally... Please note that if you get the full service option, there is an additional fee for cleaning window tracks - of which I wasn't aware...
