There's plenty to choose from on El Tucan's menu, but guests might do well to begin with one of the restaurant's favorites. The chile verde layers green tomatillo sauce over pork strips and rice, and the chuletas tops a grilled pork chop with spices, onions, tomatoes, and peppers. The rest of the menu features traditional Mexican favorites, from quesadillas and fajitas to burritos and chimichangas. Other entrees include the pollo special, a grilled chicken breast surrounded by six grilled shrimp, avocado slices, pico de gallo, and sour cream, as well as a 12-ounce steak ranchero with spicy sauce and a knife to cut it with, because fingers aren't that sharp.
