I wanted a workout and I got it. Its boxing meets crossfit meets awesome. The couches or instructors whatever you call them are awesome. They even helped me wrap my wrists and let me borrow gloves to start. 5 stars! Can't wait to go back.

Place is great! Has a very friendly family enviorment. Classes are great and the instructors are very motivating. You work hard and have fun.
