About Renovo Pilates

Master Pilates Instructor Meg Sullivan has used Pilates to help heal and train a diverse clientele that includes Navy SEALs, senior citizens, and joint-replacement patients. The former gymnast and Division I lacrosse star provides private, hands-on lessons that help develop long, lean muscles and improve joint functioning. Megan and her team lead sessions in her intimate studio full of Pilates apparatus. The studio is set up for one on one attention for its students so that Pilates-goers may focus on movements without distractions from other classes simultaneously in progress.
