Jeannine was very nice and professional. Her room was very cozy and tidy. She gave me a facial in a timely fashion, and wasn't too aggressive with anything she did. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.

The facial was nice and relaxing. It included a shoulder massage. The extraction phase was not too bad I will be back there for another facial in another 4 weeks!
