The staff was very friendly and they answered every single question I had. Michelle performed the procedure and she was very quick, efficient so it was over in no time. The results were awesome. Can't wait to go back.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Kristin was completely upfront with pricing and all relevant information. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Overall, a great, worth-while time.

They told me they couldn't guarantee the hair would be removed for good and the tech said for some people it's just not successful!! It felt like they were attempting to discourage me from using the deal so they could make up for the discounted rate. Surroundings were nice businesses employees not so positive or welcoming.
