They did a good job on the carpets, however I felt right from the beginning that I was being talked into buying the additional package with the better cleaning product.

They eliminated the doggy odor which was one of the main reason why I wanted my carpet cleaned. The service was done well and fast.

They were almost 2 hours late. Jason, the man with whom I'd spoken to set up the appointment and who also came to clean called and asked if he could come an hour early. I was unavailable at that time and said he could come 1/2 hour earlier. Instead he came almost 2 hours later.

Very pleasant workers, highly efficient. I am VERY pleased with the services they provided.
