Poor customer service. I had a mani and pedi that was horrible. I will never go again.

Appearance is tidy & clean Very disappointed I'm the service received While getting a Mani/Pedi I was cut several times The shellac polish was sticky and left steaks not to include the polish was not evenly distributed when applied I rarely ever have a chance to do this so when I go I have expectations to be met and they are not exactly high expectations The way I see it is if that's what you do, do it your best but if that's their best their certification should be inspected I will NEVER return & have already advised others DONOT go!

Staff was very friendly. I had to remind them on the manicure to trim my cuticles and when they did so they cut me. I didn't realize it until I left but they didn't trim my cuticles on my toes. There are a few nails that were smudged too:(

Not so clean and was left waiting for awhile

Not a nail spa. They do not have spa chairs to do pedicures. Do not have enough experience in my opinion to do nails. Polish was very sloppy and not consistent. They do no offer all the services a regular nail salon does. Very disappointed.

Loved the pedi. The mani not so much
