After a career in the tattoo industry, Mandy Sauler, who's known for her steady hand and ability to create fine lines, turned to permanent makeup and founded Captivating Cosmetics. Today, she employs seven years of micropigmentation experience and has worked with all kinds of skin types and ethnicities to create natural-looking eyebrows, lip color, and eyeliner, as well as camouflage scars, birthmarks, and outdated SAT cheat sheets.
