The concept is good and she does a great job; however, there were 40 people in the class. She had one gentleman bringing contents like rice and fish and another serving drinks. If she had a helper to show how to roll the sushi or less people in the class it would have been more enjoyable. Less people would definitely allow her to work her obvious magic!

Fantastic experience. We had a great time.

Enjoyed the experience but she was very difficult to get ahold of to schedule it. Left several messages on voicemail which were never returned

Although it took several phone calls/emails to set up the class, it was well worth it. It was so much fun, and she made the experience easy to understand. You make a lot of sushi, and it is delicious. I would definitely go again, and would absolutely recommend a class as the perfect date night.

My ten year old niece and I took Madame Dario’s class for Christmas/ Birthday fun and we both loved it! My niece is a big sushi fan and thought it was so cool to be able to make her own and the class was not above her level, she struggled a little just because her hands are small, but she sure did love eating all the sushi afterwards. We brought containers with us and took our left over sushi home

Way too many people for the class. Took too long to wait for ingredients with so many people. Fun but too much down time.
