About Kebab Factory

Each day, the kitchen staff at Kebab Factory purchases the produce for the day's meals from a local farmer's market or co-op. If they're going to do that, the restaurant figures they may as well make the lentil soup, bake the tortillas, and pluck the grape leaves from the grape tree out back each day, too. The result is a selection of fresh Mediterranean food for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Think lamb gyros and chicken kebobs alongside falafel sandwiches and grilled vegetable entrees.
