It's best to call ahead especially when pairing treatments together in one visit. I did the salt cave, infared sauna, then cranial massage. It was all wonderful, but the first day I hoped for was booked (wanting all 3 in a certain row) so I managed my visit a few days later. Never had a cranial massage before but I'll be back for another!!

Make sure you specifically tell people not to use their cell phones in the salt cave! Just telling them to turn them off apparently isn't clear enough for some. Otherwise, a great experience!

nice quiet first impression , so neat, Himalayan salt cave was great! I fall asleep while meditating (last time that happened to me was in 2002 watching TV, after flying for 13 hours in a row, lol)

Peace, Love and Zenith is a great place. The atmosphere is amazing and the salt cave is beyond wonderful. Stephanie was very knowledgeable.
