I am giving this a five star b/c I feel bad I had to reschedule twice. The cut was nothing special considering I had to pay $15 extra, but Teresa was nice. My problem is that I also purchased a single process color to use at another time. They told me a single process was just a root touch up & that’s all they will do. Definition of single process color is in the pictures. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Hot Looks Cool Cuts is a very clean, organized and welcoming salon. The staff is talented and attentive to the needs of the individual. All the stylists go above and beyond to create the look you desire. They are honest yet kind and respectful. Highly recommend!
