Feedback: Maybe encourage re-bookings with 10% off as an incentive. Also, provide a tour to new customers so they can see the spa and salon. This will educate them on all services there and entice them to make appointments for other services. Comments: I thought the salon was great. When I first walked in, it felt like a positive and professional environment. My stylist was awesome. She took her time with me. We talked through my hair concerns and she was very receptive and offered great recommendations. I like how she recommended products but wasn't heavy on pushing me to buy them (I hate that). I did end up buying Purology, but I know I wouldn't have if the stylist was pushing it.

My stylist Brandis was very professional and listened to what I wanted.

I enjoyed my experience at the salon and would recommend to others their services. I plan on making future appointments with Brandis as well.
