The facial was... good I think. Probably the fact that I can't tell speaks for itself. I went for 2 of the 3 facials I purchased (it was a 3-facial deal) and I will not go back for my 3rd. Each time I was there I was constantly being pressured to purchase products that were being used or to purchase other deals that the company was offering. The owner was always at the desk when I left and I felt like she was staring me down for a tip. The girl who worked on my face was nice and I felt like she was probably only mentioning the sell-able products because she had to. The anxiety of feeling like I "owed" it to them to purchase one of their products was unreal and totally ruined the experience. The AC was on super high during both of my facials and I had goose bumps all over my body the entire time. At one point I was actually shivering. Both times I was there the bathroom also didn't have towels to dry your hands (no air dryer) - seemed odd for a "spa" or a place you would spend over $100 for a facial.

Was not offered any water before or after treatment. There was no door on treatment room which did not feel private at all. Not offered bathroom or told where that was in case it was needed before or after treatment
