This was a great experience. First time trying this. I was put at ease right away by Gabe. I've been having back, neck, and shoulder pain. I have had surgeries on my spine. I was looking for another way to treat the pain.The treatment itself was soooo relaxing. I feel a lot better. I slept great last night too. I am going back again and I would recommend Gabe to all.

Gabe was very knowledgeable and found those exact spots in my back/neck/hip that were the points of pain. The muscles really got a work out and my lower back has been miraculously pain free after first treatment. Going back to continue process for whole body.

I had my first appointment today and already notice positive improvements, and less pain. Gabe is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The office, located in a converted house by the water in South Portland, imparts a sense of calm and comfort. Looking forward to my next session!
