This is a small, intimate studio located in the Rosemont area of Portland. Alexsandra (the owner) has such a sweet, gentle spirit and is an experienced teacher. If you're looking for a studio with a real "community" feel, this is it!

gentle yoga flow class...if you want more vigorous class perhaps try one of the other ones that are offered....I will try a different classs another date...they were very nice and I will return
