Can't make an appointment to use it, website doesn't work, email not responded to, phone call not returned. Want a refund!

I only met with her 1 time. I went to the next scheduled appointment and she was not there, I called for weeks with no response or answer. Finally the number had been disconnected. It was a total scam and I was cheated for sure!! I never got my money back or any type of response of any kind.
