Class was great, teacher was very energetic and all of the other women were helpful in getting me acclimated to the process.

Today was my 1st time attending bootcamp in a really long time. It was a great/tough workout, but worth it. Very nice environment, everyone in the class was very welcoming and nice. Hope is an amazing instructor and motivates you to not give up. I look forward to sticking with it and seeing some progress!
