Everything is going well. There was a group in the next room that was finishing up and therefore quite loud when we were doing our hypnosis but our instructor was amazing and kept everyone focused. It certainly couldn't have been helped. I did this with my mom as she is not in good health and basically our last hope to help her loose some weight for health reasons. It hasn't been a week and my mom is down 7 lbs already and I am down 5. Pretty amazing.
