Windows look 100% cleaner Worth every cent Will never do it myself ag

Can’t really tell because I wasn’t home but I assume my gutters were cleaned

We had a GREAT experience with Window Genie of Princeton! They showed up right on time. They were respectful of our home/carpets. They explained what they were doing all along and pointed out problems such as some bent screens. Some of our windows and skylights were so dirty they required a second cleaning. They changed light bulbs in hard to access areas. All in all very very pleased!

They arrived earlier than scheduled and did not give a call ahead.

The people that came to clean arrived 1.5 hours early when I wasn't even home. That was not convenient and caused me to rush at work to get home. They "cleaned" the windows but they had streaks and spots all over when the sun shined through the next day. They tried to tell me the windows needed restoration and that was extra to do that. OF COURSE, my husband didn't believe it and went on a 26 foot ladder (what we were trying to avoid) and sure enough every single window came out spotless. What crap, I'm tired of being taken for a ride. On top of that, the windows were still filthy - inside out and outside when we wiped with paper towels. All we did was spray a window cleaner and all that residue and streaking would have been gone. I'm so glad we didn't pay for any kind of restoration! We were even considering spending $20K to replace windows because of this assessment! Avoid.
