About Fat Point Brewing

The custom-built steel tanks in Fat Point Brewing's production brewhouse can produce close to 1,000 gallons of beer a day, or enough to fill about 10,000 cans. At that scale, a small miscalculation can be disastrous, so naturally the brewmasters do all they can to make sure their recipes have been fine tuned precisely. That's why, before putting a beer into full production, they use a 20-gallon pilot system to test and tweak new recipes. Even after that they're not satisfied: first beers go on to a small-batch brewhouse before they graduate to the full production brewhouse. Their beers can be found from Naples to Fort Myers to Cape Coral to Punta Gorda to Sarasota, and as far north as Bradenton. They're currently being offered at some of the best bars and restaurants in Southwest Florida.

Fat Point Brewing's tasting room serves as the proof of concept for this system. Here, taps flow with the likes of Chorange Stout, a milk stout, or Big Boca Ale, a Pilsner ale with a blend of caramel and vienna malts. The taproom pours Fat Point Brewing's latest creations seven days a week. Alternatively, you can use the brewery's online BeerFinder or spin an empty bottle of Ryeght Angle IPA and follow it to one of the many Florida establishments serving their brews.
