Although I LOVE the welcoming ceremony with bathrobe, slippers, and foot bath, I would suggest using heated foot basins or maybe adding more hot water. My tootsies got cold!

It is a wonderful experience witth highly trained staff. It is SO relaxing and you feel really great when you leave. You start out with a foot soak and a warm neck wrap while you sip hot tea or cool water. Soft music plays in the background while you sit in plush chairs and soft lighting. Then things get REALLY good. Try the hot stone massage and you will feel like warm butter when you leave. It is amazing!
