Excellent service Frank was great knew all the info for the insurance and how to get all the benefits - latest frames big selection! They are my eye glass placed from now on - got the exact service I expect! Supercedes my expectation!!

The customer service is beyond amazing I felt like they really wanted my business. Frank Gimbel listened, remembered and delivered. The selection of current styles and looks of frames was actually the icing on the cake. To me it's all about service and if you product is fabulous, I will be your life long customer. I love my new glasses!
