The signature Flying Burrito features a tortilla loaded with hand-pulled beef and pinto beans, all smothered with house salsa, melted cheddar, sour cream, and green onions. But the chefs at Flying Burrito don't stop there. They whip up more than 25 other types of burrito, filling them with gourmet fixings such as sautéed shrimp, chorizo and mole, and grilled rib-eye steak. These same ingredients make their way into enchiladas, nachos, and dozens of different tacos.
