Besides making clients happy, what do you like most about your job?

Having the capability to handle the most fragile of items and pack them in fashion for the item to not only arrive safely, but for the recipient to have their expectations be surpassed at the level of care taken.

Sometimes it's all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?

Assist customers in loading their vehicles with packing supplies or unloading with boxes to be shipped, providing packing and shipping advice to our customers . We love the special projects from all of the Halloween costumes we assist in making to the custom sized boxes needed for that special gift that has to be perfect. Not to mention emailed tracking information to make tracking their packages seamless and we are always happy to assist if there are any hiccups along the way.
