Today was my first class but I can already tell this is going to be great. I’m not in shape by any means and have not worked out for years. I was terrified to go but Willie immediately made that all disappear. He is very profession and laid back at
The same time. Very patient, and took the time to take me through every exercise. I’m excited to get in shape!!

Willie is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this facility to any newcomer and seasoned crossfitter, this place has everything you nees to reach your goals and be successful! I am looking forward to seeing my own progress.
