I prefer when the wax is removed in larger strips to get it over with. The sides were done ok, but "more delicate area" was not tightened first, and taken off in tiny little wax spots. I tried to suggest the way that worked great (I had 3 people in CA that did an awesome job), but my suggestion was not of interest. The owner is a pleasant lady and I felt comfortable, but I wouldn't go back.

Got home to discover that I had patches of hair that were missed,along with a lot of blood. Never had a waxing like this before.

She was almost 30 minutes late and it was the most painful experience I can remember Never, never again!
