The staff is very efficient and helpful. My masseuse Ada was very, very good and knew exactly which spots to target to get all my stress and tension out, especially on my back and shoulders. The facilities are clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space in the change room and I love using the steam room. It’s a quality spa experience that’s value for money.

Very nice people

Close to the Lansdowne Canada Line station, the spa is located just off #3 Road in a strip mall adjacent to Lansdowne Mall. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the facility seemed very clean and my massage was right on time. My masseuse, Nozomi, gave an excellent 45-minute massage using what was, for me at least, just the right amount of pressure. She was very professional.

the massage therapist I had was really good and had a firm technique. it was better than RMT
