The whitening takes approx 2 hours for the appointment.

The staff are very friendly and very accomodating. They did their best to find a time that suited me and were very good about it. The person doing the whitening was great! Friendly, always explaining what was about to happen, professional, made sure I was always doing ok, made the hour fly by painlessly and in fact, I could have slept through it all! I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and I will go back!

I would go back to Polar Dental Centre at Danforth Avenue but with some reservation. I found the staff uniformly polite but on the day of the procedure the technician managed to get some of the bleach on my tongue and the inside of my upper and lower lip. Given the strength fo the bleach there was some burning particularly on my inner lips. The technician was very apologetic but it certainly coloured my impression of the procedure and raised doubts as to whether I'd ever do the procedure again or just have it done via another vendor.

The people there were nice, but my appointment got rescheduled because the technician wasn't available (I guess they only have one person doing these procedures), and the results weren't what I was expecting.
