Could do better time management...you are trying to fit too many clients at the same time slot

The staff made my daughter and me feel very much at home.

I was satisfied with the service and the price. Definitely need a sign for the salon on Leslie.It was difficult to find,but I did eventually.

Ladies were quite rude and had the audacity to tell me that a minimum tip of $ 10 should be given as she was giving me my pedicure!

I did not enjoy this pedicure and reflex massage. Started 30 minutes late, water in foot bath was only warm, girl couldn't speak English, only out/in/colour? did not cut nails to equal length, colour ended up on the skin, "massage" was a light rub of cream into my foot, no flip flops, as she brought me out to the waiting room. Had a little fan to hasten the drying, but couldn't find a spot to plug it in. The Manager, sat eating out of a Tim Horton's bag, every time I saw her. Not a pleasant experience - I would never go back there again!!
