They were very nice- I highly recommend this company and their customer service. They bent over backwards to get rid of our mosquitoes, even had the manager come out and treated our neighbors yard/knocked on his door and asked if could go in his yard (He was essentially breeding thousands of mosquitos). They were great to work with.
